Tech Help at Fraser Public Library

Tech help at Fraser Public Library is available for those individuals who are experiencing problems with their technological device. Problems could include email assistance, new device setup, troubleshooting or more. Please keep in mind that librarians can only solve some tech issues. If your situation involves a hardware issue, or a larger software problem, librarians may recommend that you contact the manufacturer or your wireless provider.

Tech help hours are available every other Monday and Thursday from 6-8 pm, starting on September 5th 2024. You may drop-in for help during tech help hours, however priority is given to those who make an appointment. Fill out the form to start the process, and a librarian will get back to you with available appointment dates and times.
