To obtain a Fraser Public Library card, you must live in Fraser, Michigan. Upon completion of the below form, a librarian will be reaching out via email for proof of residency in the form of a government issued ID. If you have moved to the Fraser area recently, you can provide, in addition to your government issued ID, a signed mortgage, or current lease agreement. Fraser residents under 18 must have an adult co-sign on their library card application.
